Medico Legal Experience

I have prepared Functional Care Needs Reports and Home Assessments to support claims for damage for injury and loss and also claims for disability due to diseases eg Asbestosis.At present in terms of litigation my experience is preparation of Reports. I have not had to engage in joint discussions with the opponents care experts or had any trials where I have had to give evidence.At present there has been no occasion where my evidence has been tested in Court.
