PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
MEDICOLEGAL EXPERIENCE
I have undertaken medico-legal work since I was appointed as a Paediatric Registrar in 1996.This was under supervision as I was a Paediatric trainee at the time. I was appointed to a Consultant post in Harrogate in 1999 and subsequently in Rotherham in 2000. I have since then undertaken medico-legal work (child protection in the NHS and personal injury claims privately) on a regular basis.
I have attended Medico-legal report writing and Giving expert evidence courses in Manchester in 2002
I am able to provide medico-legal reports as per my terms and conditions to which this CV is attached.
I have experience of attending court to give evidence as a professional and an expert witness though I do not seek to offer these services unless the court requires me to do so.
