Medico Legal Experience
· I have undertaken over 30 medical legal reports in the areas of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity syndrome, food, drug, latex and multiple allergies and recurrent infections.
· I have undertaken reports both as single joint expert and single expert, including a report for the Crown Court. I have undertaken work for the General Medical Council.
· The majority of my reports thus far have been prepared on behalf of claimants.
· I am willing to undertake assessment of individuals requiring an expert report in cases of food, drug, latex and multiple allergies, intolerances and sensitivities, chronic fatigue syndromes or immunodeficiency states including recurrent infections, including potential negligence claims.
· I have received training in expert witness duties, report skills and clinical negligence.
