Medico Legal Experience
I set up my Medico-legal Reporting Service for personal injuries and work related injuries in 1995. I examine clients for Solicitors, Insurance Companies, CICB and DSS. Ratio of Plaintiff versus Defendant instructions is 2:3 and approximately 50 % of the instructions are on Joint basis. I receive approximately 200 instructions per year.
I have attended Court as an expert witness.
I produce balanced, unbiased reports with prognosis based on published Orthopaedic literature. Reports are produced in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules.
My current waiting time for appointments is two weeks for non-urgent cases and reports are compiled and posted within two weeks depending on availability of client’s medical records.
