Medico Legal Experience

I have prepared many medico-legal reports for Personal Injury claims instructed by both Claimant and Defendant Solicitors. For the past three years, 2005 – 2007, there have been 68 new ‘vascular’ instructions: the balance has been 41 (60%) Claimant, 20 (29%) Defendant and 7 (11%) Joint Instruction.

In the years 2005 – 2007, I have provided reports on 362 cases of possible HAVS, 83% were positive, and 17% were negative. Most of these cases have been for Claimants but there have been an increasing number for Defendants.
