Medico Legal Experience
Over the last 20+ years I have dealt with approximately 100 cases per annum. Of these cases about 30% have been for Defendants, 60% Plaintiffs and 10% Independent Joint Reports. These Reports cover a wide range of medico-legal cases from minor trauma to complex medico-legal issues. I have acted for patients, represented health authorities and medical personnel in a full range of neurological conditions including stroke.
I have been instructed to act on behalf of the Medical Defence Union on many occasions.
I have lectured on several occasions on the medico-legal aspects of neurology including at the Annual Conferences set up by a large medico-legal agency practice.
I am a 1st tier APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) expert recommended by a Member.
