Medico Legal Experience

 

MEDICOLEGAL EXPERIENCE

 

I worked for a medico-legal reporting company Aman Health Care for 18 months, I did half day (4hrs) or full day clinics 2-3 times a month . The work involved assessing patients after personal accidents or road traffic accidents, writing reports and amending reports from instructing parties.

 

I attended and successfully completed 5 CPD hours of specific and appropriate training in the duties and requirements of medico-legal expert witnesses, presented by Jonathan Dingle (barrister) and Judith Kelbie (Solicitor) and held at 64 Bridge Street, Manchester M3 3BN on 26th November 2009. The course (reference number HK/ML90) was

approved by the Royal College of Physicians - RCP Activity Code number : 45912.

 

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

1. Tutor of basic science students at the department of Neurochemistry and Neurotoxicology, University of Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden. I tutored groups of students and supervised their practical classes from 1997-1998.

 

2. Demonstrator in physiology at the department of Physiology, University of Bristol, I tutored groups of medical and veterinary students and supervised their practical classes from 1998-2001.
